A recommended spot for a light and pleasant walk. The lake’s circumference is only 15 km, and you can choose to explore just part of it. Each section has a comfortable promenade, partially shaded.

The flowing waters reach the lake from the Adda River. Along the southwestern part of the lake, it’s worth visiting the Silk Museum and the flower-filled Villa “Carmen” in the south, as well as the surrounding fishing villages, which, like the rest of the lake, served as a backdrop for the novel “The Betrothed.”
