Located in the heart of the Metauro Valley, through which the river of the same name flows, Fossombrone is a small town that combines rich artistic heritage with beautiful natural surroundings. In the center of town, you’ll find the covered Corso Garibaldi and the Concordia Bridge spanning the river. Just outside the town lies a charming landscape of the Capuchin Hills, perfect for a nature walk. A highlight is the Marmitte dei Giganti, a small canyon that can be seen from the Diocletian Bridge (also known as Ponte dei Saltelli).
