A fascinating and rare testament to the Roman period in the area. The remains of the villa, located a short distance outside the city center, are worth visiting because of the stunning mosaic floor. The mosaic floor, dating from the 3rd–4th century AD, is situated in the heart of a modern residential district and reveals a series of decorations and figures, evidence of even older remains.
