A highly recommended viewpoint from the city walls, even if it requires a bit of a climb. From Raphael’s house, continue up the street, then turn left onto a cobblestone road leading to the fortress entrance. From this spot, you’ll enjoy an amazing panorama of Urbino’s rooftops, the Ducal Palace, the bell tower, and the church dome—all set against the typical hills of the Marche region. It’s a view not to be missed.
