In one of the alleys of the Sassi, a simple entrance leads to a stunning museum. This is the Musma Museum, showcasing modern art alongside rooms carved into the rock. Sculptures, jewelry, ceramics, paintings, and art books donated by various artists are displayed alongside works from the 19th century to the present day.
The building itself, Palazzo Pomarici, is also known as the “Building of 100 Rooms.” Some of the room walls are adorned with frescoes depicting pastoral landscapes.
