The Ricci Oddi Gallery is a refreshing place.
Inside a building that once belonged to a family, a modern art gallery was established, which is actually a collection of artworks by a local judge and nobleman named Giuseppe Ricci Oddi.
In the gallery’s twenty rooms, about 400 works by 19th-century artists are displayed.
Among them are works by Francesco Filippini and Francesco Hayez, including landscapes, portraits, everyday life scenes, and religious and mythological themes.
