Second deposit payment of 20% (Preliminary or Compromise). Sometimes it is possible to skip this step and proceed directly to full payment.
Full payment for the property (Deed) + receiving keys + registering the property in your name with local authorities (only for non-EU residents).
Transfer of the ongoing bills to the new property owners’ names.
