A church dedicated to the Virgin Mary, built by the Franciscan order in the 15th century. A 3 km straight scenic route from the city center leads to a viewpoint overlooking the surrounding mountains and the river below.

The sanctuary was designed to accommodate religious processions during holidays. Inside, visitors can admire wall paintings depicting the Madonna and noble families of the city. Outside, the location offers a peaceful and serene setting with beautiful views.
